A lifestyle rooted in gratitude, presence, and purpose

The journey is just beginning.

The Story Behind LVGRTO

I don't have a photograph of one of my favorite childhood memories.I was nine years old, and for my birthday, my dad arranged for ponies to come to our neighborhood. Somehow, my birthday became a day the whole neighborhood enjoyed.I don't remember the presents, the cake, or what I was wearing. But I remember the ponies. I remember my dad. And I remember how that day felt. There was no phone capturing every moment. I was simply living it.And all these years later, that memory is still with me.Maybe that's what life is really about.

Years later, living in Colorado, surrounded by mountains and extraordinary beauty, I began to see life differently. I slowed down. I noticed more. I appreciated everything around me so much more.Gratitude became more than something I felt. It became something I wanted to live by.But it also brought an uncomfortable realization.I'd spent decades building a career, working hard, chasing success, and doing everything I thought I was supposed to do.Somewhere along the way, Sundays became about dreading Mondays. Time off required permission. And life began revolving around someone else's schedule.I started asking myself: If I'm so grateful for this life, why am I giving so much of it away?I realized I wasn't necessarily searching for a better job or a bigger paycheck.I wanted more ownership of my life.At 52, I'm finally giving life to something that's been inside me for so many years.LVGRTO. LIVINGGRATO.Living a Grateful Life. Not because I have everything figured out. Not because I'm telling anyone to quit their job, chase a dream, or redefine success. But because I believe success should be something we define for ourselves.Maybe it's a career you love. Maybe it's traveling the world. Maybe it's a quiet morning, time with family, or simply having enough.Whatever it is, it should be yours to choose.LVGRTO is a reminder to be present. To appreciate what's already here. To stop postponing the life we want to live.Because someday, the moments we're living right now will become memories.

And maybe the goal isn't to have more.Maybe it's to have more to remember.
